It's important to keep trying to do what you think is right no matter how hard it is or how often you fail."

-John Wooden

Everyone within a school system: administration, teachers, support staff, custodians, students, and parents, have a choice. Each person has the innate ability to be great, but it isn't easy. Becoming great is a choice that must be made each and every day. Choosing to be great takes a conscious effort to put in the work to achieve greatness. We cannot allow average to become our standard, the outcome is too important! My goal is to cultivate a community of learners by behaving in a kind, caring, honest, and compassionate manner in order to challenge and inspire each member of the school community to become more than they ever thought possible. This includes each and every member of the school community achieving more.
